X96 x10 Remote TV Power and Volume

  I have an x96 x10 and using it with a TCL Roku TV.  Is there any way of programming the IR on the x96 x10 Remote to control TV power and/or volume?

  If I use HDMI CEC, the TCL remote works but doesn't have Home button.  

   

  Any other remotes with IR (for TV power volume) and BT that I could purchase to use with the x96 x10.

  Found a remote that works great with the X10.   Boxput BPR3S Plus.   Paired via Bluetooth and learned TV buttons for power/volume.    Wish the x10 came with this remote.
