One year warranty
X96 provides a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt of the goods. Any free repairs need to be confirmed with the manufacturer through customer service. Please note that the free repair rule only applies to problems within the warranty. The item should be returned by the customer, and X96 will pay for the shipping cost of sending the repaired item to the customer.
Damage to items caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty, but the customer can return the product at his own expense and pay for the repair.
